The Creek Side Clubhouse will be a 2 storey, 12,000 square foot accessible building.  Located on a fall away lot, the Clubhouse will provide access from each level and creates opportunities to enhance the indoor salt water pool with an outside patio in the lower level.

The upper level will contain a Banquet Hall with stage, kitchen, washrooms and closets to host many events such as: Happy Hours; Holiday Parties; Movie Nights; Ping Pong; Yoga; Shuffleboard on the floor; Golf Simulator; a large Projection TV; monthly dinners; and any other events that our residents care to organize and participate in.  The lower level will contain a heated salt water in ground pool with change rooms and a pool dehumidifier for greater comfort and health of our residents.

Also located in the Clubhouse will be a gym, library, workshop, pool table, games room, card tables, and dart boards.  There will be consideration for multi-purpose rooms that could be used by Doctors, Chiropractors, Podiatrists,  Optometrist, Diabetic clinics and Registered Massage Therapists.  We currently have a Registered Massage Therapist and a Physiotherapist who would work to service the needs of our community.

Outside of the Clubhouse will be an area to contain: a patio for the pool; horse shoes; bocce ball; BBQ patio, fire pit  and community gardens.
